When you rent from us, you’re renting directly from an owner. Our pricing is competitive and you’ll know exactly the unit that you’ll be occupying for your vacation. You’ll know the view, the quality of furnishings and the amenities. Our rates vary throughout the year and are competitive, especially with luxury hotels in the area. For what you would pay for a hotel room, you get solid fantastic reviews, two bedrooms, three baths and over 2200 square feet of living area!

Housekeeping: $235/week (4x/week service)

Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees. Maid service is included, four times per week (including cleanout service). Daily maid service is available for a slight additional charge ($45; request this directly from the resort upon check-in). Terms are 50% down, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept VISA and Mastercard, as well as personal checks. Our guests enjoy discounted transportation from the SJD airport. Contact us for a specific quote.
